FBC believes in partnering with families to build strong Biblical foundations, while enabling children to grow into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Jesus often displayed His heart for children throughout His earthly ministry. Following His example, we at FBC believe in families, and thus place a high premium on ministering to children and developing their spiritual values. Our children's ministries will help our young people grow as followers of Christ while building relationships in a fun, safe environment. Through Bible stories, praise music, and activity times kids will discover God's love and learn to apply His Word to their experiences at school and home in their everyday lives.
FBC offers Early Childhood Sunday School, Children’s Church, AWANA and the Children’s Choir and Vacation Bible School ministries to effectively build a strong biblical foundation supported by Christian values.
- Early Childhood Sunday School
FBC has an early childhood ministry for children birth through preschool. It is available at the 9:15 am Sunday school hour as well as the 10:30 worship hour. Children participate in songs, stories, activities, and play. Read more.
- Children’s Church
Our children’s church ministry is for children kindergarten through 3rd grade. During the 10:30 worship time, elementary children attend the initial portion of the adult worship service, and are then dismissed to children's church. Regular Baptist Press curriculum is used in the teaching session of children’s church. Children also participate in song and activity page time. Read more.

- Children’s Choir
Fredericktowne Baptist Church offers two exciting opportunities for young people to express their praise to God through song. Grades K - 5 meet for practice on Thursday nights from 6:30 - 7:30p.m. Grades 6 - 8 also meet on Thursday nights for an hour, immediately following the younger kids. Read more.
- Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is one of FBC’s most exciting programs. The material is Bible based and includes a time of study of the word, singing his praises, game activities with one another, as well as a themed snack time.
